What I do
and how.

The Very Nice Process is the product.
Here’s what that looks like.

This is usually how it starts.

If any of these sound relatable, you’re in the right place.

  • “I just need it to not look like I built it myself at midnight.”
  • “We have customers, but our site makes it look like we don’t.”
  • “I know what we do. I just can’t explain it without rambling.”

Here’s what comes next.

How the work gets done

The Very Nice Process

01

The Brief

Every project starts with a proper conversation. Goals, audience, and priorities are captured and documented so the work always has something to come back to.

02

The Plan

Before design begins, a clear project plan is in place. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are laid out so there are no questions about what’s being built or when.

03

The Build

Design executes in weekly sprints. Work is shared at each milestone so you can be updated on progress. Feedback is collected and incorporated before the next sprint begins.

04

The Launch

Completed work is delivered in full with a handoff session covering everything needed to move forward confidently. A two-week check-in follows to make sure everything is running smoothly.

The Brief

Every project starts with a proper conversation.

Goals, audience, and priorities are captured and documented so the work always has something to come back to.

Let’s make sure we’re a good fit.

  • You want your brand to match the quality of your work
  • You want a designer who asks questions before opening design tools
  • You’re ready to get started and have a timeline in mind
  • You’d rather get it right than get it fast
  • You treat design as an investment, not an expense
  • You need it done by next week
  • You’re not sure what you’re building yet
  • You want someone to just execute, not collaborate
  • Design decisions need to go through eight people
