I founded Very Nice Design in 2016 because I believe the best digital experiences start by understanding the people who use them. I am not chasing trends or worried about what the competitors are doing. I care about the humans on the other side of the screen. That belief has guided me through 10 years of work, including leading UX for Best Buy's biggest sales events and redesigning an internal tool used by over 25,000 PepsiCo frontline employees.

My process is to simply listen first, then design with intention. I care about the weight of a typeface, the rhythm of a layout, the small interactions that make someone feel like the product was made for them. I take on a limited number of projects each quarter so every client gets my full attention. My clients receive thoughtful work from start to finish.

When I'm not designing, I'm probably planning my next trip (Japan and revisiting Italy are next on the list), walking my mini bull terrier Kaj, or getting lost in a bookstore.
